A Beautiful Fall Day

We just got home from a nice drive through Outagamie and Calumet counties. The fall colors are nearing their peak, but they looked gorgeous today! It was nice just to drive and take in the sights, although it would have been nice if I didn't do all the driving!

Fun Friday

I made a three-tier wedding cake today and it only took me 45 minutes! It was one of the easier designs, but still a pile of work. When I was setting it in its box, I did have flashbacks of wedding cake mishaps on Americas Funniest Home Videos, but thankfully, I didn't recreate any of them.

Lazy Thursday

It's Thursday afternoon and the laundry is almost finished. I'm sure I could find more to do around the house, but I think I will start this blog instead.
